We soaked rolled oats over night, then blended it all together and used a muslin cloth to squeeze the liquid out. As it was quite thick we added some water. It tasted nice and looked very smooth and shiny.
Distillery Tour and Cocktail Masterclass – WESTER Spirit Co.
Wester Spirit Co. have only been going for just over two years, and have been distilling in their little warehouse lot for just a couple of months. Given the small space they are operating from, this one-room tour was one of the more impressive and professional ones we have attended.

A visit to Glasgow's WEST Brewery was long overdue but we finally made it. Apart from the tour to learn more about their German style beer, we have been very eager to try their take on Currywurst.
