We soaked rolled oats over night, then blended it all together and used a muslin cloth to squeeze the liquid out. As it was quite thick we added some water. It tasted nice and looked very smooth and shiny.

This pre-Valentine's Day we decided to pick up a dine-in meal deal at Morrison's, opting for a Butter-Basted Roast Chicken with white wine gravy. We decided to pair this with our own sides - Dauphinoise potatoes, boiled carrots and broccoli. Delicious!
